Festival Guidelines

  • Where can I buy tickets?
    Tickets can be purchased online through the Origins Of Entropy website and Festival Director
  • How do I access my ticket?
    Once you have purchased your ticket, you will be sent a download link. Download this to a mobile device of your choice and bring it to the event so that your electronic ticket can be scanned.
  • Are there hard copy tickets?
    No. We are an event that attempts to be more mindful of our impact on the environment. As a result we do not provide hard copy tickets and encourage everyone to keep their tickets in an electronic format.
  • What is included in the ticket?
    The ticket includes a wristband that must be worn at all time, entry and camping to the site from 12pm Friday the 19th of April to 12pm Tuesday the 23rd of April and access to all amenities on site.
  • Do you have a ticket payment plan?
    Yes we do. Payment amounts and frequency are customizable to suit yourself. This can be adjusted during setup. Payment plan payments are automated, you need only have funds available. Missed payments will be reattempted 3 days after being missed. Plan schedules cannot be modified once started. For up to date information on how your plan is going, please contact Ticket Support. Once your plan is completed, your ticket will be delivered via email. Contact ticket support with any problems, questions, or concerns. Ticket support: tickets@festivaldirector.com.au
  • Can I change the name on my ticket?
    Name changes are not available for Origins Of Entropy 2019 tickets. You can however get a refund. Please refer to refunds FAQ for more information.
  • Can you please resend my ticket?
    Yes, if you wish to have your tickets resent to your email you can do so here.
  • Does the ticket include a car pass?
    No the ticket does not include a car pass. We encourage car pooling to all Noesis events. Car pooling is a simple but effective way to be thoughtful towards the environment. Car passes are available at the gate for $20 per vehicle.
  • Can I receive a refund?
    Refunds will be available, upon request, up until two weeks before the event. All refunds will incur a $10 admin fee, and will not include the booking fee. Please email ticket support to request a refund. Ticket support: tickets@festivaldirector.com.au
  • Do I buy a ticket if I am volunteering?
    Yes, all volunteers must purchase a volunteer ticket. More information coming soon!
  • Do children need a ticket?
    Children 12 and under: Free entry 13 - 16: $120 available to purchase at the gate. 16 and older: Full price or pre:sale ticket Additional note on “minors” All persons under the age of 18 (“Minors”) who attend the Event must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (“Guardians”).
  • Do you sell single day tickets?
    Yes, we have available 1 night, 1 day tickets. They are available* from 12pm on Sunday the 21st of April at the event. These tickets will sell for $100. *These tickets will only be available if the event does not sell out.
  • Can I have a free ticket if it is my birthday while the event is on?
    Unfortunately no. We all love free stuff. But free tickets for individuals birthdays is not something that we do.
